- Hospital Manager
- Shaun joined our team in 1993 when the clinic was first opened. My career as a veterinary technician has taken me on a wonderful journey, caring for many animals and meeting some great people. I take great pride in ensuring that our hospital continues to provide superior care for the animals in our care. When I am not at work I enjoy caring for my zoo at home since there is no shortage of adopting animals, both my wife and I are veterinary technicians. I enjoy the being outdoors and during the summer months you can find me fishing, hiking, biking, barbecuing and gardening.
- Debbie joined our team in 1996.
- As the senior technician I have been blessed through out my career in veterinary medicine. My need to nurture and help animals is being fulfilled. I have been told many times over the years that I have a huge heart for animals. My husband says we need a bigger house! My extended furry family members share my leisure time boating each one having their own life jackets, hiking and the ultimate cuddle time. All of my pets are rescues, mostly because of my profession. I'm grateful we "found" each other.
- Carey joined our team in 2001.
- Carey love playing women's hockey, going four wheeling and spending time outdoors with her two sons Zachary and Mason. She has a boxer named "Cali" a pug named "Bruiser" and a cat named "Bootsie". Along with her duties as a veterinary technician she also supervises the kennel assistant to ensure your pets are well taken care of.
- Andrea joined our team in 2003.
- Andrea's pet family includes a Golden Retriever named "Spencer" and a cat named "Snowball", "Rufus", "Sallie", and "Bouchee".
- Samantha joined our team in 2009.
- Do you want someone to love your animal as much as you do? I enjoy watching bums wiggle, and getting boxer kisses. My enjoyment of science and all the cuddly and creepy creatures lead me to the most fulfilling career... Being a Veterinary Technician.
- Sara joined our team in 2009.
- Sara pet family includes two cats named "Savannah and "Sebastian".
- Nikki joined our team in 2010.
- Nikki has two Yorkshire Terrier named "Onyx" & " Oscar'
- Emilie joined our team in 2011.
- Receptionist
- Cindy joined our team in 1996.
- She loves spending time reading to her two daughters while watching "Buddy" a Shih Tzu and her two Domestic Long-hair cats named "Pumpkin" & "Smoke".
- Receptionist
- Tanya joined our team as an Animal attendant in 2005 and has progressed on to assist clients in the front office.
- Tanya's pet family includes two Maltese dogs, "Ben" & "Emma
- She enjoys reading, walking and spending time with her family.

- Deana joined our team in 2009.
- Deana pet family includes a Jack Russel named "Tucker" and three cats name "Bittie Boo" , "Janer" and " Boober".
- Groomer & Pet Trainer
- Paulette joined our team in 2008..
- Paulette pet family includes two Pomeranians named "Couter" and "Wyatt" and two cats named "Hunter" and "No name".
- Lonnie joined our team in 1999.
- Her team member role is as an Animal attendant for the loving care of your animals.
- She has numerous cats herself and a Pug named "Mindy" and a Chihuahua, "Taco".
- Nicole joined our team in 2011.
- Her team member role is as an Animal attendant.
- Alex joined our team in 2009.
- His team role is as an Animal attendant.
- Alex is currently in high school and enjoys fishing, X-Box.
- Jennifer joined our team in 2009.
- Her team role is as an Animal attendant.
- Jennifer is currently in high school.
- Nicholas joined our team in 2009.
- His team role is as Technician Assistant.
- Nick has spent the last few summers assisiting the technicians, and is currently enrolled in the Ontario Veterinary College as a Veterinary student.
